A lion was relaxing in the jungle, taking a sunbath, when a monkey stumbled over him.

It shocked the monkey, he was up a tree in a matter of seconds.

"Relax", said the lion. "There's nothing to be afraid of---I'm not going to hurt you."

"I don't believe you," said the monkey. I've heard all kinds of stories about you gorging on monkeys."

"Hey,man, I just ate," the lion said. I'm not hungry, and I don't want to eat you. I just want to be your friend."

The monkey was having none of this, and remained sitting in the tree.

"Oh, all right," said the lion. "I'll tie my legs up---then will you believe that I won't hurt you?"

The lion did as promised while the monkey looked on.

Certain the lion couldn't get him, he climbed slowly down the tree.

Once on the ground, though, he was still trembling in fear.

"Why are you still afraid? You know I can't hurt you."

"I know it," replied the monkey," but I've never fucked a lion before!"
