A guy walks into a bar and sees two women coming out of the bathroom.

One sits at one end of the bar, and the other sits at the opposite end.

The first woman looks really good, but the other is average.

The guy thinks to himself, "There is no way I can get with the really hot one, so I'll talk to the average-looking one, and maybe work my way up to the hot one."

He starts a conversation with the average-looking woman, and they are talking sociably.
