An old woman is worried about her weight problem, so she visits the
doctor.

"I'm afraid that I am too tubby for my own good, Doc. I seem to have
trouble getting rid of the calories. I've tried everything. Can you help
me ?", she says.

"Sure", the Doctor replies.

And so he covers her in petrol and sets her on fire.
